Die deutsche Politik lässt sich wiederum auf Überlegungen ein, die die ohnehin eher skeptischen Anleger in Deutschland weiter irritieren - natürlich befürchten die deutschen Finanzinstitute daher eine weitere Schwächung ihrer Position.
