This interesting deal was recently announced - just one line caught my interest: "This mutually beneficial agreement will strengthen Bravura’s position as the largest transfer agency application provider in Europe". What has been the measure for this statement ?

Bravura is the most used TA system at least in Europe..I think some Deloitte fund admin report said that..
In regard to number of clients, registers, AuM, transactions or number of investment institutions on the platform ? I would be very happy if you would point us to that report or cite the respective paragraphs.
Ronald - my apologies. They mentioned Rufus and Kroger hold 40%of the market and not Bravura.
